DTN COMMENTS:   Cash cattle country is off to another slow start this 
morning with asking prices in the South starting out around $240-plus, 
but they are still not established in the North. Significant trade volume 
will likely be delayed until Thursday or later. Beef cutouts are expected 
to be higher with light to moderate box movement.

state. All live sales are FOB and set for 1-9-day delivery. A weekly
